Awful experience ! I went there for a bikini waxing - the beautician was obviously having a bad day and wasn’t gentle at all. She burnt me and didn’t t seem sorry. Overall she spent maximum 3 minutes on the treatment and refused to the tweezer as she « didn’t know how to use it » I ended ud finishing it myself ! For 20GBP it was clearly a joke! The employees upstairs were sorry for me but didn’t offer any compensation. Last time You will see me there clearly!

Usually I would give more stars to this treatment, I’ve had a shellac manicure here a number of times but this time they filed the top of the nail to get the shellac off that it was painful and some of my nails are now weak and paper thin, felt a little bit rushed in the beginning but once the therapists swapped over to do the manicure itself it was much better. Staff in there are also polite and friendly.
