Very unprofessional and rude. Some staff don’t speak any English. Deluxe mani and pedi leaves you with cut fingers and badly done nails overall. The experience is far from relaxing because the specialists want you to sit in the way that is comfortable to them and not you. Cleanliness of the place is horrible. They don’t clean or sanitize foot bath after every use. My foot bath had pieces of someone else’s nails and skin in it.
