Got exactly what I wanted, which can be pretty rare! Overall happy with the service. Head massage (which I wasn't expecting) with the morrocanoil treatment was amazing. However the staff were talking to each other in Russian which I thought was rude. I have worked in customer service before so I know talking to another colleague is a general no while serving a customer.

Talented people working here. But they could try and focus more on the customer than talk amongst themselves. The treatment (blow dry) was carried out well.
I was treated very well during the wait prior to the treatment.
They postpone my appointment by half hour on treatwell just 10-15 mins prior to my original appointment. It would be better to get such an update earlier to cause less inconvenience.
