I had booked the express shellac pedicure and manicure. I was having the pedicure done and another staff member came over to tell the lady that was doing my pedicure that she had a client booked in for a pedicure. So I felt my therapist had to rush through my pedicure. I don't think they should book in appointments clearly overlapping as its not fair on the customer or the therapist. Also the music is just TOO LOUD....its not a relaxing environment.

Generally satisfied for both manicure and pedicure treatments! The result could be better and they should have more options in colours !
