I normally have good experiences at Splash across their locations however this time my waxing experience was terrible. I have painful sore skin on my legs and underarms due to the heat and multiple times they were waxed. I normally don’t have sensitive skin and have gotten waxed before and this has never happened before.

I had good experiences last visit, both receptionists are smiley, nice and helpful. Daniela had shampooed my hair nicely with small head massage and she had cut my hair accordingly to what I asked. She really pay attention to what she did, the length and the layer of the haircut is right to my requirements.
She is really recommended.
