I wish I could post pictures so that everyone can see what I'm about to explain. My first visit to this salon, looked at the reviews, most of them a good so I relied on that.. BIG MISTAKE! The women that do the manicure and pedicure (with the two exceptions, Margarita and the other Italian lady) are rude and have no clue what they are doing. You can tell straight away just by seeing how they hold the filer.. I booked FULL manicure and pedicure, what a waste of money! It lasted 3h and in the end i got home with nails that looked like my 5yrs had done-cant believe i paid almost £60 for this.. The nails on my feet WERENT DRY AFTER 3HOURS also she couldnt be bothered to out clingfill just incase.. So i got home and they were ruined.. My cuticles were done terribley, im not even sure she knows how to do them because she didnt even know how to hold my hands to get to the dodgey parts..and they are not in a terrible state. She used tissue to seperate my toes, not the seperater.. My heals were not done propperly either. Its like i didnt even have a pedicure... She was rolling her eyes infront me.... Came in for a correction, cant say that im more satisfied than the first time. I will put pictures on tripadvisor or somewhere just so that people can see what i went home with both days. Money thrown down the drain AND I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO VISIT! EVER! I didnt mention the low level of hygien.. The shelves where the polish is are full of dust.. The floor is soo dirty, the workers dont know where is what... All in all TERRIBLE PLACE AND DEFINATELY NOT WORTH SPENDING A SINGLE PENNY IN THERE!!!
