Overall very happy with my treatment at Splash! Staff were lovely, thorough treatment and loved the tv on the ceiling in treatment rooms (it was a little bit loud!). Only couple of things - my appointment was pushed back 10 minutes (which is fine) but then I had to wait another almost 10minutes when I got there which is difficult when you're on your lunchbreak. Having said that, the treatment was very quick so made up the time! I will be returning as these are just minor things - not entirely their fault if they're running late.
