I arrived 7min late due to an underground train delay, the receptionist usually is very friendly but as I arrived she mentioned with a strict tone “you are late!” As I apologised, unfortunately it only got worse after the therapist that I had assigned basically missed a whole area and the Hollywood was poorly done. Usually I walk out of there happy. But this time I was totally disappointed :(

Although the staff are always polite appointments aren’t always on time, I’ve been a couple of times and there’s been a new member of staff there that didn’t 100% know what she was doing- I had a Hollywood wax and I think experienced people and not trainees should do those.

Staff were a bit confused when my appointment was and what time. I said my name at least 4 times. But the lady who did my waxing was very good, friendly and very quick. I had s much better experience the time than previously. unfortunately I couldn't book in an eyebrow wax on the app, so I was hoping they can fit me in addition to my treatments. But they couldn't. only improvement is to update the app so you can book an eyebrow wax and more organisation with appointment times and treatments.
