I don't like complaining, because after all we are just humans and can't expect perfection from others, but considering the amount of money I paid for the treatment, they could have done better.
I got a bikini wax and a full leg, but I noticed later that I still had a few small patches of hair left in the inner/upper leg area. Very few hair were left in the rest of the leg, but that's probably because of the wax itself.
The location was perfect, I could easily reach it after work. Considering the higher prices of the surrounding salons, I was expecting to find the place looking quite modest. I also liked the fact that there was a tv on the ceiling to keep me distracted
