Staff member who did my treatments had either hurt her finger or cut it as I could see it had bled and there was blood still on her finger! She did my pedicure without wearing any gloves! I did mention that it looked painful and that she should put a plaster on it but her English wasn’t that great so I don’t think she understood me and just carried on...understandably I didn’t feel very comfortable during the whole treatment because of this.
She then put gloves on when she did my manicure....but I’m not very happy with the results as the nail varnish doesn’t look shiny like it’s supposed to be but instead looks dull and you can see loads of scratches on it not sure why!
The towels that are supposedly clean still had nail varnish stains on them...!!

Usually rate blow dry service at Splash as 5 stars but this one wasn’t up to standard as the hairdresser was very rough when washing and burnt my head with hairdryer more than once. Barely spoke a word to me. The blow dry itself was fine but not what I asked for.
