felt like I was rushed through. staff were chatting loudly during the wash so not relaxing. head massage was scratching. asked for loose waves and they were tight. asked for hairspray and didn't get any.

When you doing a beautician job , you should care about your client , make comfortable and gave them the best result for the treatment they pay. I literally went today as book last minute before holiday , and pre pay at home for a Hollywood wax that is not cheap at all before had (as a thrust) .I been welcomed inside of the place so good, clean and nice place but the issues it happen with my beautician Rajdeep. I always had the good Hollywood wax in my life but not this time. the lady she was unwelcome and she wasn't happy to comunicate much (far enough), the point of my disappoint it was that when u pay for hot wax Hollywood u expect she use only hot wax , but on my back side she use strip wax without explain why. 10 minutes after waxing she was finish , she put the cream and I get dress. I didn't realize why was so quick , when I went home I realize after shower why , left hair especially on the end part of my intimate part and my back side , the wax wasn't not do it as meticulous as should be , I literally use my own wax to finish . I don't pay so much money if the beautician she doesn't care about the result of her client . I was not expect this especially if the place looks cool . I'm disappoint I don't think I will be back because if I pay for Hollywood wax I wanna be clean as should be and not go home and finish by my self . I think rajdeep she should learn from her attitude. the place it will be perfect with high quality standard of beautician.

Kristian figured out exactly what I wanted and gave me one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had. I loved my new hair the second I saw it and it continues to be so manageable and pretty even when I style it myself. He really understood my hair and my needs. The blow dries are always stunning I get so many compliments on them and they last for days!
