I used to love this salon and have used it regularly. This time upon arrival staff were hanging around outside the front door and smoking and also acted 'put out' when asked if I could access.When I went downstairs to the beauty salon it seemed chaotic. The staff seemed stressed as Treatwell or booked in customers were in addition to customers off the street -I have never had a treatment where a member of staff keeps knocking on the door asking my therapist to hurry up -quite upsetting when you are covered in wax ! I ended up shouting that she would be finished soon. Having said that my therapist Geeta was brilliant but I doubt she will remain there long if other staff treat her like that.
