Really disappointed and sad with my experience at Splash. I asked for a trim and showed the hairdresser I wanted about 2 inches off but she seemed to ignore this and take off at least 4 inches. When I questioned this she carried on hacking my hair off saying she was ‘blending’ it. At the end she could see I was upset with the cut and just said they couldn’t offer a refund and ‘they can’t make my hair grow back’. Then offered to wash my hair once my hair had already been cut which was odd. 100% won’t be returning, my 4 year old niece would have done a better job.
