Beautician very nice but worse wax of my life.
I’ve booked and paid for hot wax and she used strips to “finish” which breaks hair.
She left hair everywhere not only on the hidden places I will have to do it a second time at home myself.
She pulled the wax too early while not cold enough and pulled very slow so painful as hell and hairs were pulled but not removed.
She didn’t even use a tweezer at all.
So it has been painful and I basically have hair everywhere as well as glue from the strips for the remaining of the day.
That’s a shame, this Brazilian wax is the worst I ever had.

Very disappointing visit and experience. I’m a regular customer at splash soho and thought I’d give this Branch a go- but never again!
The Waxer was friendly but her technique was lacking and very very painful! I was literally screaming!! She was pulling too slow it hurt then too hard it left my backside soar for days! She also left patches on my leg unwaxed which I only realised after I went back home. Also hygiene in this place was plain awful! Sorry but the Waxer was cleaning the shop floor when I got there which I thought was very odd! They should have cleaners do that. Then I didn’t see her change the gloves she was using to wax me?! The tweezer was not sterilised with a solution which I only realised after she used it on me! I would assume they know that this could transfer all sorts of diseases? Including hepatitis B! The Waxer didn’t use a steriliser before she started the treatment and the towel was so so so dirty I doubt it’s been washed before the treatment or it’s old as it gets! Overall very unpleasant, painful and won’t be going back- sorry! The Waxer was nice though and tried to make me feel at ease but her technique was making me scream.

Great shape and tint. They need to sort out their towels here though. Really, really grubby. Either being re-used endlessly and not washed between clients (yuck), or too badly stained now to get properly clean when washed. Either way, PLEASE sort out it, Splash. It’s not OK to walk into a cubicle and see straight away that towels on the treatment table are just plain dirty. Get new ones, and wash them between clients, please.
