My actual cut and wash was good - they were however running 30 mins behind for my appt, had to sit for 10 mins with wet hair and got cold and the vibe was just off with other customers storming over because their appointments were also late

Daniella is the best hair stylist I have ever had! She was incredibly detailed and put so much effort and care into my hair. Despite having a busy schedule, she did not miss at all and I felt so cared for! She has to be my favourite hair stylist so far and I will 100% be booking with her again.
