As a lady with what can only be described as 'short hair', I booked and paid in advance for the 'Brazilian Blowdry — short hair'. Upon arriving, however, I was informed that the 'short hair' option was only applicable for men, and I would be charged extra. I resisted, and the excess fee was waived (which was good). The treatment was ok-- not as thorough as I have had at other salons, but the end result seems good so far. Something else that I thought was odd: they provided me (and the stylist) with a mask, but the treatment was performed in the middle of the very busy salon, so many, many customers and staff were having to breathe in the possibly carcinogenic fumes of the Brazilian...
