Love the warm environment created at Splash, starting with the offer of a drink to the conversation and personal treatment durinng the cut. I only love their hours they are open till, making it a highly accessible hairdresser after work. My only gripe is that they seem very keen to cut very short if you want a ‘grade’ approach, but otherwise can’t fault them at all and would highly recommend

Happy with my wax, it was extremely quick which I guess is a good thing! I will come back again fingers crossed not to be put in one of the box rooms (cupboard)

Toner much needed after another hairdresser in another place dyed my roots (all top head) orange (!). I'm a blonde with long hair. The toner will last for a while until I will have to bleach my whole top head to get rid of orange.Toner is beautiful and I love the colour. It may seem an odd thing to complain about but this salon no longer has cold water. I cannot stand hot water on my head. It felt like it was scalding and I had to stop after shampoo out (so no cond) as I couldn't bear it. My hair was seriously tangled for this reason and the way toner was rubbed in round motions in my hair. Then some hair got caught in blow drier too. Got knotted and had to pull out. If I would go to hairdressers a lot I would have no hair left.
