I had colour all over me on my hands, face, embarrassing walking out and they had no time for cleaning it up.

Hi,
I’d like to share some feedback about my recent waxing session. Unfortunately, the treatment was not completed properly some areas were left completely untouched, and no tweezing was done to remove the remaining small hairs. Also, the therapist left at the end without saying goodbye or checking if everything was okay, which felt quite unprofessional.

Hair is frazzled from a really bad blow dry, products felt cheap and left hair feeling very dry. Stylist was lovely but the whole place seemed unclean and felt like I needed to come home and re wash and blow dry my hair.
