Although the beautician was a polite lady and did the wax quickly, I missed her asked me at the end if I was satisfied. Other beauticians have asked me in the past if I thought anything was missed, which shows a level of customer service that this business didn't have. I did enjoy the TV mounted on the ceiling to make it a more entertaining experience: I have never seen this at another salon before. I would probably go to this salon again but be more assertive in checking if they are I'm fact doing the job as I would like.

Initial appointment was good, the nail technician was pleasant enough. She had a shaky hand but was probably having a bad day but overall did a good job. Good colour selection but could probably do with more colours.
