I made a booking with any available stylist as I didn't know anyone from this salon and have never been so wanted to discover a new hairdresser. I don't know what his name is but he's an old guy (I didn't see his photo and name on the list of staff in the app).
It was probably the worst haircut I've had in a while. It was all choppy and he didn't listen to what I wanted. He cut the layers too short and it doesn't blend well at all! It's so jagged and choppy it looks like I cut it myself. He asked if it was ok, and I was so disappointed that I just said yes even though it's terrible :( I don't trust him with my hair at all after what he's done, so I'd rather book at another salon to get it fixed than get him to "fix" it and ruin it further for me. I got out of there as fast as I could. At that point, I'm not sure what he could've done to improve it without cutting a lot more hair to match his very short "layers". I'm gonna fork out a lot to go to a more reputable salon to get this mess fixed. I've been wearing my hair in a ponytail since then until I get it fixed at a different salon.
