Usually I always have a great experience at Splash however this time the salon was clearly overbooked. There were people waiting in every corner of the room and my appointment therefore ran late. The staff were very nice about it but ultimately I felt that my hairdresser rushed my haircut. I usually find that hairdressers at Splash really listen to you and give you exactly what you want but this time I walked out definitely disappointed with my hair. Despite that, it does look and feel healthier so I can’t complain too much. I think they should perhaps just book less appointments on busy days.

Overall great experience, room was clean and tidy, was done very quickly and professionally and my beautician was very friendly and polite. Also I loved the fact there was a tv on the ceiling!
