Lazy job of threading. As my hair is blonde and fine, she thought she didn’t need to get as many hairs so rushed it and didn’t bother. When I pointed this out, she spent another good 5 mins removing hairs.i should not have had to point this out however and a good job should just have been done. She then put wax on my nose without asking me. I never put wax on my face. Not good. First time I’ve been dissatisfied with this place.

Absolutely awful. Went in for extra layers in my shoulder length hair. Came out with a chin length bob, still no layers and totally blunt, 3 inches shorter than I wanted. I actually cried in the chair. Then insult to injury they could refund me as I’d paid through treatwell.
