Worst experience in a hair salon I’ve ever had, it was with a lady called. Not sure if they get paid for the amount of people they cram into an hour or what but she couldn’t wait to get me out the chair despite me having paid for wash, cut and a rough dry (she cut it dry with a razor first to achieve a blunt cut which is fine). The hair wash was the worst, very messy, water all over my face and in my ears and I don’t think she used conditioner so when brushing and drying my hair she ripped half my hair out, she was dragging the brush through my hair to the point it was pulling my body from side to side! She also just watched the tv while she attempted to dry my hair whilst burning my head.
