I go to Splash all the time. Mostly because it's unbeatable value and it's close to my office. It's always fantastic and the staff are lovely. I begrudgingly have to admit that this time (I saw a new lady) wasn't such a great experience. The lady cut me in several places due to filing my skin, and I was in pain for the following few days. She was lovely though, and like I said, usually I have no complaints as they do such a fab job, it's just a one-off bad experience.
