I normally have a good time here - where it’s good value, no frills and speedy. This time it was super painful! Wax flying everywhere and left super sticky and just generally felt like I had a really inexperienced waxer. On top of that they were running late but nobody was managing people’s expectations - nobody told people they were running late, we were just left to sit about and wait to find out ourselves.

I hadn’t waxed for 2 months prior to my visit, this usually means that I am in for quite some pain. Nevertheless, Bal was amazing, didn’t hurt at all, very thorough, extremely nice and friendly and fast. My experience was 100% positive!!!!
