This is the second time I have been here and the second time I have been shocked by the beautician. I have reason to believe the therapist I had was not qualified to wax- she had absolutely no idea what she was doing. She didn’t wax in the opposite direction of hair growth, she left wax all over me, dropped wax all over the place and worst of all she was chewing gum. She did not give me any faith that she had done this before. Needles to say I will not be going back.
