When I arrived there seemed to be some confusion over bookings and I was asked by 3 different staff members what my name was and what I had booked, then was left waiting before anyone seemed to know what was going on. However once they had worked it out, the therapist was great, as we’re the results of the treatments so all in all I would go back again
