I was really dissapointed by my experience, the lady clearly didnt know what she was doing in terms of cuticle work and filing, left my toes in agony, i told her i didnt want my nails too short and she clipped half my toenail off on my right foot i now am having pain walking in trainers, she then didnt seal my gel nails fully so the shellac stuck to my clothes and i returner 5 min later to request they were wiped properly, will not be going back and would be grateful for a refund. I went off reviews which were fairly positive but my experience was the opposite.
