I have been going to Splash for my manis and pedis regularly and can't fault the treatments. However, on this occasion, I found the staff to be really unorganised and verging on rude-especially the lady that checked me in who didn't even say hello and took four times of me explaining who I was to book me in and what I was there for. A smile wouldn't go amiss. My pedi was started, and half a foot down, i was left without explanation whilst the therapist went and started on another customer. A second therapist then came to finish the job, who was lovely and did my toes to a high standard.

Great, however it didnt last as gel wasnt applied near the nail beds, so grew out pretty quickly
