Lovely, friendly therapist but unfortunately her attention to detail was lacking. I got home to quite a lot of remover hair.
I messaged the venue about it but have yet to hear back from them. Disappointing experience after having been there many times previously

I arrived on time but had to wait 20 mins. The manicure I had was then rushed, and was done haphazardly. I came in with long natural nails and asked for almond shape and she filed them very short they are barely the length I arrived in. All nails are uneven length. She was also too aggressive with cuticle removal that three of my nails were bleeding and are now swollen. She also didn’t wait for the UV machine to finish drying the nails and would immediately ask me to swap hands as she was rush
