Absolutely awful experience. I came in for a simple trim and shaping around the face, thinking surely they cannot mess this up. Wrong. I don’t think the girl cutting my hair had ever had any training because she had the strangest (if any) technique I’ve ever seen. The result came out blocky and lop sided. And she was surprised when I said I did not like it. Thankfully, another stylist was able to to rescue it the shaping around my face but the whole appointment took twice as long as it should have and it was a stressful experience. I am still not completely satisfied with the cut cut as the first stylist cut into my hair in a strange way at the back. I’ve given this salon too many chances, from nails and now this. Low skill staff is reflected in the price. It is definitely worth paying more and going to a salon with properly trained hairdressers. Coming here is too much of a gamble. Never again.
