I was an hour late as I mistakenly wrote down the wrong time in my calendar and they were able to fit me in which was amazing. excellent customer service. However in the rush of things I felt the therapist was being a bit too harsh on my skin with the wax and felt very sensitive for days after. The therapist needed to be a little bit more gentle.
