This was my first experience of using Treatwell and my first time at Splash.
My appointment was at 11:00am so not early and yet staff were turning up late and my “hairdresser” did not turn up until 15min after my appointment started. The station was covered in hair and his hairbrushes were not clean. I wanted straighteners run through my hair but they did not have any 🤷🏼♀️
The only person who seemed to care about what was going on was a French stylist and the lady at reception.
I do not feel that I got value for money here, even if this is considered cheap for London.
My hair looked OK but not great and at such short notice what could be done
