It started off badly with a phone call a few hours before my appointment saying the person who was booked to do my nails wasn’t in and there was no one else free so my appointment was cancelled. Managed to get a slot later that day but only after really pushing for a same day alternative.
The place itself is nice, clean and location is great. It was a nice, comfortable temperature and the chairs were comfy.
Staff were polite but there was no conversation during treatment. The treatment itself seemed a bit rushed and rough taking off the polish but was decent overall.
I was disappointed at the choice of colours, there looks a lot of choice all of my first 4 colour choices had run out so I wasn’t that happy with the end colour- I would not book here again due to the lack of colours.
Overall it was a good service but let down by the bad administration and lack of polish choice.
