The treatments are good value and the staff are friendly and efficient. My manicure was a little rushed but that could have been because the salon was very busy at the time. Maybe the appointments could be more spaced out? Overall it was a good experience and I would visit again.

Everything was great aside from the fact there were some bits of wax left on me. I noticed after the beautician had left the room for me to get dressed again so I tried to remove some of it but still had to call her in to help remove the rest.

I had positive experiences with Splash before, but this last time, unfortunately, it was not a good one. The staff member who did my facial threatening appeared to be in a hurry and did not do as the others - first, she did not powder and prepared my skin (as it states on Splash website), but started immediately doing the threading. Second, she did not wait a minute for me to gain my breathe between the threading, since its seems that she wanted to finish as soon as possible. Also, I asked her to remove the hair from the entrance of the nose and she said it was another price and upper lip did not cover it (which the other staff members that I did before always took out a bit on the entrance of the nose). She was not even polite about it when she explained to me.
Anyway, not sure if I will come back after this experience - if I do, I am certainly choosing another staff member.
