Place does not look like the picture. It’s very small and a bit run down could be cleaner at least. zero ambience not even music. Staff was prompt to welcome and get started with the job. They have very little choice of colours and besides they did not have quite a few from the already small selection and the most popular neutral/nude were run out so a bit disappointing but ended up mixing two shades and had a good enough result overall. The express pedicure was disappointing. despite in the description specifies that the prep of the nails prior to polish includes filing and cuticles same as per the full pedicure except you don’t get the actual treatment we all know of cleaning the whole foot. However they told me they were not allowed to clean the nails and I was a bit taken back as being out all day stuff gets under your nails and I would expect al least to clean up remove the little dirt under the nails before you apply polish. It seems very basic to me I did it myself in the end bit I think this is really bad service to be blunt. The lady also agreed with me but she said the policy at the saloon is very strict and she cannot do anything about it. The manicure was a better experience and she did the prep of the nails nicely but for the way the saloon is dealing with the cuticles and prep of nails for shellac I cannot give a good rating. Also you should not run out of colours management should watch their stock before running out. You can do better.
splash goodge street is becoming my favourite splash, and my fave spot for nails in London - in no small part due to the outstanding staff, and clean, comfy surrounds.
