The wash basins were very uncomfortable, there was no position that supported my neck. The hairdresser combed my neck every time they combed my hair so my nape was sensitive to the touch afterwards. Haircut was ok, the layers weren’t blended well but I didn’t want them to touch my hair any further so I just left and will be going to my usual hairdresser to fix it.
