Worst manicure I’ve had in a long time. The finish was not smooth, it stained and chipped within a day - I took it off as soon as I got home. The removal of my old gels was fine.

Very quick and efficient. No ambience in the little room I was in. The air con was broken so kept making a regular “re-booting” noise. There was a hole to fit the air con unit between the treatment room and the staff room so you could hear the conversations of staff on lunch break. There was no music to help relax you and the therapist didn’t say one word to me. Fortunately I have had waxes before so I know the set up but if this was my first time I would’ve been very embarrassed. There was no instruction of what to do or where to put my things.
The quality of the wax was good, everything else needs improving.
