The receptionist was really unprofessional - very uncommunicative and I watched her repeated ignore the salon telephone.
The salon is very tired looking and not particularly nicely decorated.
My stylist is stand-offish - after waiting for 10mins, he came out and just pointed at me, saying “you next?” Then preceded to ask me a million personal questions about my life, like I was married(?) and how much did I earn. Finally, he walked a load of pomade in my hair and “styled” it poorly.

Lady who did my nails was friendly. However despite spending good amount of time on a simple cut file and opi polish - it was a complete waste. Polish was uneven. Did not dry despite waiting along time with dryer fan - old and bad quality nail paint or ? . Filing of my nails was done terribly - rough and uneven edges - nails chipping off for multiple days. Absolute waste money and time.

unfortunately had a terrible experience here, they use a very aggressive drill (made of plastic) which removes gel polish and multiple layers of natural nail. The nail shapes are also not similar even after I had pointed it out. Three other women at the salon complained about their nails too. One having acrylics by someone who couldn’t use the stickers to build the product and was clearly not trained and another whose nails were left thin. I have small cute on cuticles.
