I never leave bad reviews, but absolutely had to for this place. The wax was bad from the start, I noticed that she double dipped the wood applicator into the wax, and she was not pulling the hot wax off in one go, but was picking away at it. When I thought the wax was nearly done, she asked if she could clean it up with wax strips. Confused, I looked down and saw that much of the hair remained after what I thought was the entire waxing process. So she went over everything again with wax strips, and hair was still remaining. The woman was very nice but absolutely do not get waxed here!!!!!!
