My stylist today was an old man, who was extremely slow and didn’t know anything about styling at all. My appointment was for 30 minutes where as he took over one hour just to give me curls that were nothing more than a bed head.

My nails were filed far too short, down to the quick on a couple of fingers and a couple of nails were an odd/wonky shape. Definitely not the best job.
