Pics were shown & discussed of colour highlights needed, On the day it took almost 6 hours for the hair to be done for 2 girls. On the day I was given 3 different prices that were much higher than on treatwell & paid this. Once done, highlights were orange and bright rather than chocolate brown & warm tones. Due to time I had a party that evening and had to leave since I was well over my time so couldn’t correct. Everyone at party was horrified of how it had turned out. Owner not admit mistake
