I had a tint done with one of the trainee hairdressers and I just wanted to say how lovely the whole experience was. She was really friendly, welcoming and made me feel comfortable straight away.
She took her time, checked everything carefully and was very attentive throughout the appointment. You could tell she really cares about doing a good job and making sure the client is happy. The colour turned out great and I’m really pleased with the result
