have been going regularly for other treatments such as laser removal. this was my first facial and unfortunately I had a really strong reaction to the deep exfoliation which involved: cleanse, 2x exfoliating scrub with beads, salycic acid rubbed all over and black head extraction. this may have over exfoliated my skin (swollen, burning, red, flaky). I emailed her and she replied asking me to come in for after care which I appreciated but then did not follow up on when I could come in. I do like her as a therapist so may go back for my regular laser treatments only
