Dani is very friendly and kind, she wants the client to feel comfortable. Overall a nice experience. Quite painful but this can be subjective as the pain threshold is individual.

I looked far and wide before deciding on EMX after 2 months without a wax and a preference for sugaring.
Rang ahead as I was running five minutes late; not sure if I got cut off or what as it was raining. But my therapist was waiting for me when I arrived and showed me to the room straight away, told me to get ready, etc. She had to clarify which treatment I was having (luckily as she thought it was a Hollywood).
The treatment itself wasn't too painful or uncomfortable considering. She did a great job and I'm very happy. But i wouldnt go back in a hurry either as my therapist (can't remember her name) didn't have much of a bedside manner. I'm used to a friendly, chatty beautician who makes you feel at ease and not awkward so that's something they could improve on. But other than that I couldn't complain.
