I hadn't had a Hollywood wax in a while so I knew it would be painful, but Daniela made the experience less so vs waxes I've had elsewhere. She did a thorough job - there were a few finer hairs left, but my skin is quite sensitive so I preferred that she didn't keep waxing away at those. Hopefully, as I keep going the results will get even better and less painful!
