I really liked the treatment, it was to my satisfaction.
Unfortunately the welcome was a bit awkward/not given. I was waiting in the hall where a member from another company next door had led me into. I was 5 minutes early so I waited, since I heard music in the treatment room - I assumed another client was in there, since the "do not disturb" sign was displayed. I waited good 5 minutes past my appointment time and no-one came to pick me up, so I knocked on the door.
A woman opened and said that this was the correct room. Come in, lay down over there.
Well... thanks, I guess.
