Book session to help with an unyielding neck and shoulder pain. Treatment was denied as owner cancelled appointment via text and couldn’t be bothered to follow up via phone call, on the slightest chance that the client might be driving to the appointment and can’t read text whilst driving on a motorway. I received the text when I already reached the venue. Poor communication style as he should have called instead of just relying on text, considering it was a last minute cancellation. Treatwell was blamed for booking my appointment and could not even apologise for the mix up or demonstrate empathy.
