I got builder gel on my natural nails. There’s a ton of colour selection and I easily found one I was happy with. I didn’t catch my tech’s name but he was quick and thorough and I left satisfied with my nails. I will be back!

The staff didn’t speak very much English but they were helpful, efficient and friendly enough. The other customers all had headphones as there was no music - would defo bring some if I were to go again. There didn’t seem to be any reservation system, so anyone who turned up, phoned or booked online got the member of staff that was next free, but this led to some customers having to wait a while before being treated. It gave a off a bit of a disorganised feel. I’m happy enough with my nails.

Perfect nails! The gentleman who’s done my full set was so polite, professional and precise. He’s asked me to show a photo for the preferred shape/length and it was executed exactly like that. Not giving 5 stars to the atmosphere only due to a not really nice customer there at the same time, who was rude and made the owner raise her voice - This wasn’t nice to witness, although not the shop’s fault, they may be able to refine the clientele.
