Discussed exactly what I wanted & chose my SNScolours, but was given acrylic or gel powder, my nails were not dipped! I queried & was told this is how they do SNS on extensions. I was asked to choose a different glitter that was gel AFTER she started! I made it clear I was not happy! She added 7 gel layers to create the vTip which caused ridges once the top coat was on! Was told I could either wait & have it ‘fixed’, take it off & pay nothing (didn’t have time), or pay half to leave the shop!!
